Feeling overworked and stressed???
This class is a unique opportunity to experience healing of both the physical and energetic bodies. Restorative yoga is just what you need to bring the body/heart/mind back to center. Working holistically, restorative yoga heals and renews the body by utilizing props (bolsters, blankets, blocks) to support our bodies, allowing them to deepen their response to the shape of the posture. Restorative yoga allows you to experience a balancing of emotions as well as a wonderful grounding effect that will leave your energy balanced and harmonious.

This class will be taught by Evolve's lead teachers, each bringing their own unique teaching style and expertise. Class will be 90 minutes and may include complimentary restorative practices such as breathwork, singing bowls, mantra and meditation.
